Pick-Up & Delivery
Please give us a call at
506-854-4753 at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival so that our warehouse team can prepare your items for pick-up. You must visit our showroom at 2463 Mountain Rd. Moncton, upon arrival to let a store associate know the warehouse can release your product.
Our Warehouse Team may be available to assist with loading products onto your vehicle. Please inspect your product before leaving. Home Furniture & Lighting holds no responsibility for damage after the products leave our warehouse unless it is a Manufacturer defect.
Please bring any required materials to help you safely transport the item(s). Many products for pick-up are unpackaged and may need a blanket, pad, tarp, ropes, tie-downs, etc. We can assist you in putting the item in your vehicle; however, each customer is responsible for item protection during transport.
Pick-Up hours reflect store hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
*PLEASE NOTE*: All deliveries during COVID-19 pandemic phases are subject to restrictions. The following restrictions apply to:
Red phase: Curbside drop-off only.
Orange phase: Home deleveries with added safety measures (some restrictions apply, please contact)
Yellow phase: Client's requests can be fulfilled if the COVID-19 consent form is filled and signed by the client and/or property owner.

Local delivery is offered in Greater Moncton (Moncton, Riverview & Dieppe) Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9-5pm.
Delivery is offered at curbside or in homes while respecting our current operational guidelines as per Government NB restrictions during the State of Emergency order. Our delivery drivers are permitted to enter homes or businesses due to the current restrictions in place in zone 1 but will be operating under restrictive measures that will be outlined to all clients before completion of purchase and prior to your delivery.
Before Delivery Arrival
The delivery team will give you a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Delivery times with booked within a 3-hour window (ex. 10am-1pm). We are unable to provide an exact time for delivery as the delivery team has multiple deliveries scheduled every day.
Please ensure an adult over 19 will be present at the location and time of delivery. If you are in a condo or apartment, please make sure the elevator is booked for the time slot indicated.
Cancellations & Re-booking
If any schedule needs to be changed, please call us within 24 hours prior to your delivery. If the delivery is cancelled on the day of delivery, there will be a $50 cancellation fee applied when you re-book the delivery. Delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that all refunds will take 8-10 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.
Home Lighting and Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by acts of the Purchaser(s), strikes, weather conditions, supplier back orders, and without limiting the forgoing, any and all other contingency over which it has no control.

Inspection of Merchandise
- Our warehouse team ensures that every product that leaves our warehouse is inspected thoroughly to avoid any damage.
- Some items from Home Furniture & Lighting are one of a kind and will have natural markings due to the nature of wood & marble.
- All floor models may have some minor imperfections on the product and are final sale. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Once items are delivered, a signature will be required to ensure your furniture has been received in good condition.
- If any damages occur during your delivery, please call us at 506-854-4753 immediately while the delivery team is still present in your home so we can best assist you directly. If the delivery takes place after hours, please call us the following morning.
Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
All items that are returned for refund will be charged the original delivery fee along with a second fee for the pick-up of the returned merchandise. In addition, all returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Furniture & Accessories
Notify us within 3 days of your delivery or pick-up if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you may return your furniture purchase for a one-time reselection of equal or lesser value. The completed return of merchandise or reselection must take place within 7 days of your original delivery or original pick-up date.
Custom order furniture is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be given when the décor accessory is returned unused & undamaged, with the original sales receipt and within 10 days of purchase. Customers returning accessories later than 10 days will receive a store credit.

Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable. You must thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any damage or defect that is noticed must be reported to Home Furniture & Lighting within 48 hours, by either calling 506-854-4753 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.
Lighting & Bulbs
Refunds will be given when the lighting item is returned unused & undamaged, with the original sales receipt and within 10 days of purchase. Customers returning lighting items later than 10 days will receive a store credit.
Lighting items are not eligible for return or exchange if they are custom orders or any lighting item that has been modified, installed, or used in any way. This includes items with cut, clipped or stripped wires, and items not in resalable condition or missing the original packaging.
There are no refunds, exchanges or reselections on items sold as Clearance, As-is, Close-out or Floor Model.

In circumstances where a customer would need to resort to needing to submit a claim for warranty with a manufacturer, our team will do its very best to support them through the process from A to Z to ensure that they remain satisfied with their overall experience.
Home Furniture & Lighting takes pride in offering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring that all furniture, lighting & appliances go through a quality inspection upon arrival via shipment, before going on the showroom floor and/or before leaving our store to find its new home.
If for any reason a customer feels that their purchase may be subject to a claim covered under the warranty policy outlined by the manufacturer, Home Furniture & Lighting will not issue a refund, exchange, repair or replacement without the written approval of the manufacturer.
