Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Browse our website and add desired items to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping and payment information to complete the purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team at 506-854-4753 or email karen.lewis@theelmwoodgroup.ca as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address shortly after your purchase.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, items under 150 lbs are shipped via the best available major courrier within 2-7 business days (excluding holidays). For items over 150 lbs, our delivery team will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you have a physical showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom located at 2463 Mountain rd, Moncton NB. You're welcome to visit during our business hours to view our products in person.
Is all showroom inventory available online?
We're working on making all of our inventory available to you currently. If there’s a specific item you don’t see, please feel free to contact us directly at 506-854-4753 or email karen.lewis@theelmwoodgroup.ca for inquiries.
How can I check product availability?
Our product availability is shown in real-time on our website. If an item is listed as available, it means it is in stock and ready for purchase.
What if I can’t find a product online?
If you're searching for a specific product that isn’t listed, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to assist you in checking its availability or providing alternative options.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer financing options through ScotiaBank. Please visit (website) for more information and to enroll with our ScotiaBank preferred payment plans.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
When will my credit card be charged?

Shipping
What are your shipping options?
- Items Under 150 lbs: Shipped via the best available courrier within 2-7 business days (excluding holidays) across Canada. ExpressPost options are available at checkout and offers shipping within 1-3 business days (additional costs may apply).
- Items Over 150 lbs: Delivered locally within New Brunswick by our delivery team. A team member will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Canada for items under 150lbs.
How can I track my order?
For items shipped via Canada Post or other major providers, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For local deliveries, updates will be available in your account, and our team will contact you on the morning of delivery to confirm details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns of furniture and home décor accessories within 10 days of delivery or pick-up, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. For defective items covered beyond our policy, please consult the manufacturer’s warranty policy for repair or exchange procedures. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information on products such as special orders, clearance items, appliances or barbecues.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service team at 506-854-4753 or email karen.lewis@theelmwoodgroup.ca within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up to initiate the process. Furniture or home décor items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, items sold "as is," on clearance, appliances, barbecues, custom orders, floor models (unless approved by the showroom manager), mattresses, bedding, and food supplies such as spices, rubs & sauces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For extended warranty options, please consult the documents offered by Zucora.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Warranty claims should be filed directly with the manufacturer unless specified otherwise. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, assembly services are available for Barbecues. Most items are pre-assembled unless specified otherwise. Please contact us for more information and associated fees.
